On-Sale Service
After getting Customer Deposit Payment. We will send you a paper to confirm your factory voltage, if the voltage is not standard 3phase 380v or single-phase 220v we will add a transform for free.
We will start paperwork and make a production arrangement paper for our production process depart this paper includes all points we confirmed on the PI.
Within 7 working days we will get the production department feedback on the expected machine inspection time. Our service team will mail this information to you.
Based on machine production time our service time will send machine producing photo to the customer when the machine 10% finished 1-time feedback with photos when the machine 30% finished 1-time feedback with photos, machine 70% finished 1-time feedback with photos.
When the machine is 80% finished, our sales team will start talking with you about the machine inspection details.
After the machine inspection is finished, our shipping department will help you arrange for shipping details.
For all the machines we will do a real product running test before delivery to the customer.
If use our testing material will all free.
If customers need to test their own design will need to charge the cost. For example, if customers want to print their own design on our flexographic printing machine, we need to make customer rubber plate, buy the new ink, buy the same material, etc. so all this cost will charge by the customer. And after running the test, the rubber plate, ink, and material will go with the machine shipping together to the customer.
We support online inspection by videocall or by online meeting APP.
Most of our machines will do wooden box packaging with fumigation.
Some large machines like rotogravure printing machines and flexographic printing machines will be loaded with shrink film packaging, and machines will use chains to fix on the container floor and wall.
Machine surface will spray with anti-rust oil.
After Sales Service
All our machines guarantee min 1-year start from the customer signed machine installed success paper date.
Some of our machines have 2 years guarantee.
In guaranteed machine parts damage, we will help customers change new parts free, including parts cost and express cost. (Except any human mistake occurred)
When machine shipping, we will give the customer some free spare parts list, normal the damaged part customer can find them in this list, so you can change it fast, the damage parts customer just needs to show us video and photo, we will arrange to send new parts to customer asap. Minimize the impact on your production.
Most of our machines only support a max 2 shift working time.
If you need machine 3 shift working time, pls tell us before ordering the machine, we will help upgrade the machine let it can support that.
You can follow our user manual to do machine maintenance.
Some of our machines support online upgrades if the control system has a huge upgrade, we will contact customers to do the online upgrade.
About Machine Installation:
if customer requirement we will arrange engineer go your factory do machine field installation and training. (PS: Due to covid19, now we only provide online installation)
About Machine Part Upgrade:
For the simple part, we will provide an install video to you, you can do it by yourself. if customer requirement we will arrange for engineer go your factory do machine installation or arrange for local cooperate engineer go for field installation service.
About Machine System Upgrade:
